Employment preparation training program
Employment preparation training (AFT) is a vocational initiative for those who have reduced capacity for work and who would like close follow-up and work training to get ordinary employment. Fontenehuset Oslo sentrum organizes employment preparation measures under the auspices of the Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration (NAV).
Under this program, you get a dedicated supervisor and support to:
Identify your interests and job opportunities through professional career counseling
Develop job skills
Gain relevant work experience, first at Fontenehuset i Oslo and later at the workplace of your choice
Get follow up to master the day-to-day working situation
Make your own CV and applications
Individual job-seeking strategy
Find your own job or start studying
We have 10 places available and two supervisors for the program. It is your Norwegian Labor and Welfare Administration (NAV) officer who signs you up. You should have 30-40% work capacity at the outset of the program and be motivated to find a job!
